Vickie has spent more than twenty years in real estate across the Triad, and is the Broker-In-Charge at Zenith. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and has been a Notary Public for over ten years.
Her view of the job is straightforward: a house that sits on the market is usually a house that needs price adjustments, fresh presentation and offer incentives until the home moves.

Deborah has spent more than twenty years in real estate and works across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Thomasville and the surrounding Triad. She takes particular care with buyers moving into the next stage of life — downsizers and empty nesters looking for one level, less upkeep and the right location.
She holds two of the designations REALTORS® have to earn rather than buy. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative qualification is specific training in representing the buyer’s side properly, and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation is the National Association’s most demanding program — contracts, finance, and the law that sits underneath a transaction, examined rather than assumed.
She is also a commissioned Notary Public, so paperwork that would otherwise send you looking for a bank or a courthouse gets witnessed and sealed at the kitchen table.
Between the two of them, a client is never waiting on one person’s calendar.
